Horrible logo (there's a thumbprint distortion on it and that dino looks 100% fake)
two of the buttons are backwards
compare the backgrounds and you'll notice the clear red one is weird.

Yup, definitely fake. There are no translucent shells for legitimate Dinkie Dinos.

i figured it was fake. i do have a real one, and i knew there were no see thru colours, but it just got me thinking, for a fake, it sure looks real!!

i noticed the buttons too, different order... hadnt noticed the background, but that could really happen to any pet, couldnt it? a factory defect in the background?

I would imagine it happening rarely, since they have people checking for that kinda thing. Not to say it's not impossible, though.
