TamaWalkie
If you own a TamaWalkie, congratulations! You now own one of the two (?) Tamagotchi Pedometer toys; one of the rarest current Tamagotchi toys (it's only sold in Asia/Australia/Oceania); one of Bandai's only Tamagotchi toys with a story line, one that actually includes a beginning, a complication, a twist, a resolution and a postscript; and the only Tamagotchi toy actually designed and released by Bandai Asia, rather than just Badnai Asia distributing the toys.
The TamaWalkie is quite an interesting toy. :)

Introduction and Objective
TamaWalkie is a pedometer Tamagotchi virtual pet. I'd say it is a good companion to the V5 toy, as you see a lot of V5 characters during the trip. (More about that later.)
The story of the TamaWalkie: Tamagotchis on Tama-Planet are busy preparing for the Tama-and-Earth Expo (V5 website). One day, a Tamagotchi went to Earth with orders to collect some souvenirs for the American pavillion. But on the way to America, the Tama collided with a meteor, and crashed. The UFO broke into 12 (?) pieces, and they fell all over America. Finish the task with the help of the Tamagotchis in America!

The basic function of TamaWalkie is the walking of the Tamagotchi. The way this works is by attaching to a belt, or even the top of pants, or whatever, and walking. (Or you can shake, if you can't be bothered walking.)
