Title: Tamagotchi V5: Is it worth it?
TechnoSound - July 20, 2010 06:11 PM (GMT)
I used to have one but it broke. I can't remember much about it. Is it worth buying?

Its mostly up to you on this one. Tamagotchi v5s didnt really do the trick for me. If you like having 3 tamagotchis in one and like to get their bonds up and play boring games. Then yes get it. If not dont. If your starting a collection I would get it just for that. I wasnt a big fan of the v5/v5.5

I would definately say get the V5. To me, it ranks right up their with my all time favorite V2. Its fun, easy, and you get to raise lots of characters! =D A definite must buy.

Yeah, I was looking at the characters this morning and noticed how many characters it has...

I think V5s have the most tamagotchis than any other

The only thing I really didn't like about the V5 and V5C / V5.5 is that the evolutions were at times way too predictable, especially with you're looking at the growth charts here at TZ.
But yes, in my book they are indeed worth it. The approach is a bit simpler than the earlier Connections but you'll like them anyway. Try to get any non Japanese version (Famitama and V5 are similar as are the Royal Famitama and V5C) so that you can obtain the Space and Jewel characters that much more easily. :)
