My Morino keeps automatically resetting or freezing usually after it gets hurt or turns into an adult. Does anyone know of a way to fix this.

Hm, maybe you should unscrew it and try to clean the circuit board

Ok, so I let it run until it froze up and when it did I took out the batteries and all to clean it and I noticed this IT STAYED ON THE SCREEN with no battery and everything and it took about 2-6 minutes to unscrew and all that jazz but the image stayed on and when I put the batteries back in after cleaning it resumed as normal in the cocoon. Is this a glitch or something it has me quite creeped out the only other time I can remember something like this was when i was little and had a Furby that I took the batteries out of because it kept me up and all it did was speak all slow and deep.
