Beware the red ghost!
I started the Tamagotchi Monster at approximately 9:35 this morning, and ended up getting a Deviltchi, just as I had hoped (Considering my previous run started with a Zukideviltchi, and the fact that I want to go for Devil Mametchi on this run).

Blinky, nickname "Shadow"
For those wondering about the origin of the name I chose for my little troublemaker this time around, he's named after the red ghost from the Pac-Man games, hence why this entry is subtitled as such. He's currently at 5 or 15 MP (The Monster's equilavent of DP on the Devilgotchi), and all hearts are filled.

Here's to hoping that I get Pukudeviltchi in about three or four days so I can continue on my goal for Devil Mametchi, and possibly get the Twin Devils as well.

Hi everyone! A word of warning to begin with- my photos are awful! I'm sorry, my camera decided to throw a wobbler and it won't focus, so I've had to use my phone. tamapoopy.gif

I dug out my black Devilgotch, it's been a while, put in the batteries and hit reset:

user posted image user posted image

While the devil bat thing looked on, I set the clock and patiently waited. Just as I decided on a name for my little devil, he appeared...

user posted image

Say hello to Tony!

user posted image user posted image

Isn't he adorable! It may be a strange name for a Devilgotch but he's named after my latest 'celebrity' crush. For anyone living in the northwest of the UK- Tony Livesey heartsmiley.gif

Shortly after I welcomed him into the world he started misbehaving- it's going to be an eventful run!

user posted image

I'll hopefully have better photos next time. I'm not aiming for any character in particular, but the last time I was in a Devilgotch hatch I ignored him and he died early. Oops. I'll be watching over him carefully this time around!

I made it, I made it!

Sorry for the late entry on my part, but I was detained at work. I just got home a little bit ago, and dug out my little devil, and started him up. I've enjoyed reading everyone's lovely entries so far. I'm really happy to be playing with my devil again. Being one of the crown jewels of my collection, I hardly ever touch it. But thanks to these annual devil hatches, I get to blow off the dust every once in a while. tsub-smile.gif

So then, on with my entry!

For this hatch, I'll be hatching my white devil. I've also selected a white angel case to go with it. I figured it was just ironic enough. Hlwn_Pumpkin.gif

user posted image

I popped in the batteries and watched the smoke cloud billow to and fro across the screen.

user posted image

Soon a bat from the devil world appeared out of the fog, signifying the soon-to-come arrival of the new devilgotch. I got to waiting, while the bat flapped its wings eerily.

user posted image

And then with a bang, and a flash...

user posted image

...Zukidebitchi was born! I've decided to name him Thanatos, after the Greek god of death. Somehow, it's just suiting for this season, hehe.

user posted image

That's all from me for tonight!

-RA- How is the angel case working out? I thought the wing shape interfered with the devil wings or am I just not remembering correctly? That's why I used a regular case.

If you remove the little fabric backing inside, it fits perfectly. tsub-smile.gif

I hope you don't mind comments, but I just have to say that I'm really enjoying reading this hatch! I love all of your posts! I wish I could have joined, but unfortunately I do not own a Devilgotchi. sad.gif Hlwn_Pumpkin.gif

So I took Thanatos to work with me today, and he was a welcome distraction for sure. I've been keeping his DP around 40-60, not trying to let it get any higher or lower than that range. I'm not really aiming for anything in particular, let's see what I'll end up with! tsub-smile.gif

user posted image

Thanatos of course, spent the entire day being naughty, due to his high DP. The higher the DP, the more naughty they become lol. Poor thing looked absolutely bummed out each time I had to discipline him.

user posted image

I also found some old devilgotch drawings of mine. First is from where I had tried to draw Zukidebitchi as 'scary' as I could manage him. Really suiting with Halloween and all, isn't it? tsub-smile.gif

user posted image

And the other one was my amusement at how devilgotchis run from the water when you flush. It's really funny, they seem to be afraid of water for some reason, haha.

user posted image

Anyway, that's all from me for tonight! tsub-smile.gif

First of all, I'd just like to compliment everyone on their entries so far. They're fantastic, and are simply a joy to read. Sorry my starting entry is a little later than expected; I had work on the starting day of the hatch, so I decided to hatch today instead. tsub-smile.gif

For this spook-tastic hatch, I've decided to write in black font! Not very inventive, I know, but I believe it's quite fitting. This will be my first time running the Tamagotchi Monster Mobile Game fully, so I'm very keen to explore all of its features! As I don't own a Devilgotch (not that I don't plan to someday), this will also be my first time running this kind of Tamagotchi, so I don't plan to aim for any character in particular - I'll just see how I go, and try not to let the poor thing die.

user posted image
I set the shell to the Black design - by far my favourite, and if I ever get a Devilgotch, this will be the shell I set out for.

Moving along to the entry, I started him up today and was blessed... or cursed... with a wonderful Devilgotchi!

user posted image
I was really hoping to get Devilgotchi, as a lot of people in the hatch have already obtained a Zukidebitchi.

I was so excited to see him on my screen, I just stared at him for a little while, LOL.
Then I did the sensible thing and checked all of his meters.

user posted image
user posted image

After checking his meters, I decided that the first thing I should do is feed the poor guy. Hey, monsters need food, too!

user posted image
Here's my little guy munching on some... well, I don't really know what it is, to be perfectly honest! smiley-P.gif

I kept feeding him until he was all fed up. He seemed to like the food, which was a great start to the day. To continue the fun, we headed off to play a game or two of 'Catch the Falling Star'. Devilgotchi did quite well, and managed to win the game with ease!

user posted image
The game is all about timing, which really isn't that hard to get after a few tries.

We continued to play games until I had a very happy little monster.

After a while of just chillin', Devilgotchi was feeling quite mischievous. He decided to turn the lights off, but I could still see him, the naughty thing! I disciplined him, which seemed to set him straight. He wasn't too happy with me, sure, but after a few more games he came 'round. Doing this also managed to lower his DP to 50! Unfortunately, I didn't catch a snapshot of this one.

By the end of the night, Devilgotchi had reached 55 DP and was very tired, so decided to get some sleep. I tucked him in with the promise that he'd be a good boy tomorrow and turned off the light. Now, I guess we'll just have to see if he live up to that promise...

user posted image
My Devilgotchi, tired from a hard day of being a naughty little monster. rollover.gif

I'm still trying to think of a really awesome demonic name for my little guy... I have a few ideas, but nothing is sticking just yet. I'm sure I'll think of something by the time I post my next entry.

Well, that's all for tonight. I look forward to seeing the other hatchers' entries who are yet to post, as well as continuations from those who have already began. Let the spookiness begin! :>

Just a quick update to say that Tony is doing fine but my camera is still playing up. I've been keeping his DP down although he did lose all of his hungry 'hearts' today and had to beep at me to get my attention. Oops!

No new changes in Lil'Devil. His DP was no higher than 75 a couple times today and once I accidentally lowered it to 50 but it's now sitting at 65 and he'll be sleeping soon...
