I've seen some people posting that some Tamagotchi iD L English version characters have different Joy Sticker items than their Japanese version counterparts. (Click here to see the Japanese-version's Happy Seal items list.)

I imagine most are the same, but this project will help us keep track of any that are different. If you have a Tamagotchi iD L English version, and have any of the information we're missing, please post it in a reply to this topic. We'll update this first post as necessary. Thank you.

Note to those new to the Tamagotchi iD L: On the first status screen there are spaces reserved for four Joy Stickers. Three of them are unlocked (one-by-one) by feeding your adult character their favorite meal or snack, giving them their favorite toy to play with, or dressing them up in their favorite clothing or accessory. The fourth is earned automatically by keeping your adult character with you for at least 48 hours. Each Joy Sticker found will increase the maximum length of the Friend Level bar on the first status screen. Once you've obtained all four Joy Stickers, your adult is added to the Notebook (accessible through the book icon.) As the number of unique characters in the Notebook reaches certain thresholds, new travel destinations will be unlocked. When you send your Tamagotchi character to certain travel locations, an icon background selection will be unlocked. As soon as the first icon background is unlocked, the third status screen becomes accessible, allowing you to select a different icon background.

The following is a list of built-in items that give each character a Joy Sticker.

I just got Melodytchi~ I'm just confirming that all her happy symbols are the same as the Japanese one~ Also, for some reason, the white heart headband you can download gave her a happy symbol (I put it on her first before trying the kimono, but she was still very pleased with the kimono, which suggests that it is one of the happy symbols)!

I also have unlocked the following characters on my English iD L following the Japanese's charts: Shigurehimetchi, Pichipitchi, Flowertchi and Agetchi.

I also got Giragiratchi, but could never figure out her third symbol... I made a post about this on Tamatalk... but, I will try again and experiment~

Thanks for updating and keeping track~ Could I please ask you to add the Okarina to the list for Pitchipitchi... That's what I used to get her happy symbol. I can't remember if she got happy when I fed her the rice bowl, so please add it in case the rice bowl is not one of the happy symbols.

Kikitchi:
Fish & Chips
Face Guard
Sports Car

I think these are also the same on the Japanese? I'm not sure I just found some random picture on google that had a list and then I tested them out on my English iD L.

Pichipitchi

Snocone - Tama Cafe
Ocarina - Retro Toy Seed
Tiara - Dressmaker

Unlike its Japanese counterpart, Pichipitchi does not get a happy symbol from the salmon roe on rice from the restaurant.
