So I did not manage to get Majokkotchi because I was so busy filling in PhD applications that I forgot to feed Nokobotchi all three Circus Hotdogs. Ah well! Means I now have a Himespetchi. I only evolved her last thing last night and I came home from work late today so I've not had much chance to play around yet. However, I did find her first Puzzle Piece; Drink♥ from Music Cafe.

Himespetchi does not have a 'change' on either the Fairy Change or Royal Change pierces, so I'm free to play around a bit! Still currently have Star★Circus plugged in and, yes, still waiting on Berry Sweets and I've no idea what is happending regarding Love & Melody. Hoping I can get a refund and buy it elsewhere before the prices go up again. Sigh.

Himespetchi is currently just chilling in Glasses in the 'woods'. Think I might go buy a new wallpaper that's more befitting her.

Today I got the other two of Himespetchi's Puzzle Pieces; Juggling Balls (Star★Circus pierce) and Mirror. I'm not sure what her built in favourite items would be. She also hates either Ramen or Spaghetti, but I forget which!

I also sent Himespetchi off to work in the TamaMori today. Trying to figure out how to get the special items (they're shown in the guidebook but, as I can't speak Japanese, I'm not entirely sure what to do).

I've got Himspetchi dressed up in a Tiara♥, which is adorable in my opinion. I love it on her! I also changed the wallpaper to one of the build in ones, I think it's called Spotty? It suits her anyway, although I've had to change back to the starter banner as the Star★Circus one didn't really work with it.

I feel like I really need to get some downloads onto this Tama. Job for tonight, maybe.

Been a while! I still have Himespetchi as I've been working on the part time jobs. I found out that working thirty hours at a single job got you special items, so I've been dutifully sending Himespetchi off to TamaMori for hours on end. It paid off though as she eventually came home with Register, a new toy to play with!

During this time I also downloaded some new things onto the device, so I've got two new games (Uki Uki Bento and Egg Shooting, an iD download) a load of new toys and clothes. Yay! I think the Tama after Himespetchi (generation four) I'll look at downloading a VDP. Not sure which though!

I also downloaded some wallpapers, so Himspetchi has the Himespetchi Room and it looks awesome! Especially with the MelodyLand banner (I didn't like it to begin with, but I'm starting the feel that certain banners look so much better with specific wallpapers; just like I wasn't a huge fan of the Royal Change! banner until I paired it with the wallpaper).

I've also been trying to work out how to get people in the Garden to sell of items as I have a surplus of Computers; by the looks of it I need to have a tree in my Garden! Weather hasn't been good enough for me to plant one; that, and Himespetchi has been spending most of her time at work, so. I finally got a cherry blossom to bloom and since then I've had three vistors, each trying to buy various things. I did try and find the names of the charaters but it was taking way too long. All the characters visited before 1pm and two of them gave Himespetchi gifts! Toys, I think; Modelship and Mochi Set.

I also got Himespetchi a TamaPet; a little Furilavutchi! Three out of five TamaPets down.

Phew, been busy, huh?

A couple of days ago I married Himspetchi off to Nandetchi through the Wedding feature; the only way to get a Tama hitched on a P that I had not tried. Himespetchi had a little Pinkubotchi who became a Terubotchi. I didn't really know who I wanted to be my end game Tama, so I figured I would make a few care misses and choose a personality trait at random; however, I wasn't sure what Himspetchi's traits were, so I decided to err on the side of caution and get a Neotchi so that I couldn't accidentally end up with Himspetchi again. Easier said that done, though! Terubotchi decided that she was Fashionable and there was not a lot I seemed to be able to do about it; it didn't matter how many times I played with the Clapboard or fed her Bento, I swore she would never switch to Charismatic. Fortunately, after many hours, she did become Charismatic, so I ended up with a Neotchi after all! I must admit, while I still think I prefer my iD L E overall, I think I do favour the growth/evolution system on the P.

Anyway, once I had my Neotchi I decided to get three care misses and went for Intelligent, by feeding lots of Space Food and playing with the Computer that had been given to Rightchi. As I said, I had no idea who I would raise but as I hadn't raised any adults from Neotchi before it didn't matter. So this afternoon, just as I was finishing writing about my new tea, Neotchi became a Chokomakatchi! This made me very happy indeed, as Chokomakatchi happens to look like my non-virtual pet guinea pig. She's so cute! I also excitedly realised that Chokomakatchi has a fairy version of herself, so I currently have Fairy Change! linked and a 'Chokomaka Boots'. It's quite fun, but I think I prefer her normal self so I may change her back soon.

Oh, yesterday and Friday exciting things happened! Berry Sweets and (yes, finally) Love & Melody arrived! Huzzah! Finally got the one pierce I really wanted; I was starting to lose all hope! I've not really explored either of them properly yet as I had a Terubotchi at the time so could not visit everywhere and since evolving Chokomakatchi I've had Fairy Change! linked; I guess that's another reason I want to change her back.

Ahh, it makes me so happy. It shouldn't, it's only a toy, but I don't care because it does and, short of a third P so that I can get all the secret characters, I have everything I want now. I am on the lookout for the papers for Fairy Change! (I bought it brand new, but it came without papers and only part of the packaging) and MelodyLand (which was second hand) so that I can set up a section in my Filofax to keep all my Tamagotchi notes (I already have my iD L E growth chart in there). Hopefully I can get something sorted out on that front. We shall see.

I have also identified two of Chokomakatchi's Puzzle Pieces; Beans (Music Cafe) and Chocolate Fountain (a toy from the Berry Sweets).

Right, I'm off to put a different pierce in. Yey!

This morning Chocomakatchi unlocked 'Funpark'! Ah, it is so cute! I love it! Out of everywhere I have unlocked on my P and iD L E, this has to be my favourite. I just love how excited Chokomakatchi looks when she arrives! Eee!

Oh, I figured out that the third Puzzle Piece was Binoculars.

I have also ordered some 'Polywatch' as my P seems to have developed another scratch smack bang in the middle of the screen. Hope it works! Then after that it's screen protectors all the way!

The Polywatch is a success! Still hairline scratches but it seems to have got rid of the worst of it.

As I recently got a 15th Anni. iD L I have decided, rather than to stop running one of my three Tamas, to work on getting the special items from work. Which means I don't see much of Chokomakatchi as she is off out at Bud Park every evening. The animation is adorable though.

My boyfriend bought me Miracrise! It was meant to be a Christmas present but I've had a rough week so he gave it to me today. He's wonderful. <3

After 'The Mishap' that befell my beloved 15th Anni. iD L I put all Tamagotchis aside for a while. But now I'm back. I realised I missed them, daft as it sounds. I was having a bad week and I just needed something cute to take my mind off of things; my Tamagotchis have always been perfect at that, even more so than reading usually can. Yes, yes. I find a sort of comfort in these toys, but who cares if it works, if it makes my day a little brighter.

It's because I had a particular bad day last Friday that I got the Miracrise pierce. Apparently my boyfriend bought it ages ago and had been holding on to it for Christmas, but saw I needed cheering up, so he gave it to me early. I'd originally told him I didn't want Miracrise because of the price and I knew he'd pay the close to £100 for it if I didn't make it very clear that I didn't want him too. Fortunately (or so he says), he found it second hand in a bundle with two other pierces for £45, which I think is pretty reasonable.

I am very, very lucky. I'd written off ever having Miracrise and yet here it is, currently plugged in. I also went ahead an ordered Dream to Change! and Anniversary Change! as between the three of them, that's every pierce I ever wanted (the latter two I always said I liked but was not bothered if I never had them, but after getting Miracrise I thought I ought to complete my 'wanted' list).

I've had Miracrise plugged in since Friday and I'm loving it. My boyfriend says it's his favourite banner set. The banner is gorgeous, it's pretty without being too 'cute', although it's still very girly. I guess it's sophisticated; or as sophistiated as a Tamagotchi can get! The wallpaper is also lovely; I particularly like it as it looks like a room, rather than an image or outside (e.g., MelodyLand's Castle wallpaper). I like wallpapers that look like rooms. The combination of the pierce, the purple shell, the banner and the wallpaper works together really nicely. It makes me smile; this is possibly my favourite pierce, although that's perhaps more to do with my boyfriend buying it for me than anything else.

The game is quite fun, too! Parts of a dress fall from the sky and you have to catch the correct pieces. I have a download on my iD L E that's similar, but this one is much easier. You only have to complete two of the 'stacks' on this version and they seem to fall in a better way, rather than all at once (resulting in a fail as you have to catch one piece, which is usually not the one you want). I think it's one of the better pierce games, really.

The location is a bit diffferent to normal, too. There's two places you can go; one is Smartotchi's lab and the other is, I think, where Miraitchi and Clulutchi's mum lives? I've visited both (it's random which you get) and there's a couple of different animation. One of the animations sees your Tama chased by flying hippo/guineapig creatures, which is kinda fun! You can also get the Fashion Designer and the Board by visiting the latter location (I really should find out what it is really called).

There's loads of other stuff to get in the TamaMori too, but I haven't tried any yet. All of my inventories are full and, unlike the iD L with the Market there seems no easy way of selling items. I kept trying to sell items to my Garden visitors, but I mostly ended up with more items than I began with!

So after a few days I decided it was time to marry Chokomakatchi off (I'd got the Guard Hat from sending her to work and hadn't been trying to get any other items since). I sent her to the park where she dated Tacttchi. After that, she had a Pinkbotchi, who became a Petithanatchi, who has since become a Nokobotchi. I decided whichever character I got next I would try to evolve in to a Miracrise character (I had wanted to get four built in characters to unlock the first destination; I'm thinking I might do four built in characters, then a Pierce/VDP character as every fifth, then four built in and so on). I had originally fallen in love with the Miracrise pierce when I found out about the character Miraitchi who had a white topknot and the same name as the character 'Mira' from the anime 'Fairy Tail', which my boyfriend and I were watching through at the time. I loved the idea of having a sort of inadvertant cross over (which makes no sense as I'm not actually a fan of the cross over pierces). Of course, when I'd thought I couldn't get the Miracrise pierce, I'd resigned myself to getting her on the 4U/+[/u] when I invariably bought one (especially as it would appear I have a compatible phone), but as I do have it now... Well, I can get the original Miraitchi! Very exciting indeed.

I have played the Miracrise game to completion three times, no more, no less, which is, I believe, the requirements for Miraitchi. Now to wait. I swear she's been a teen for days now. Sigh.

So last night, while I was catching up with an old friend, my Nakobotchi became a Miraitchi! Hooray! She's even more adorable in real (?) life! My boyfriend really likes her too, he said she was cute.

I think I accidentally found out her puzzle pieces when I was looking at some video reviews online yesterday (I was trying to find the name of the locations). It would appear (unsurprisingly enough) that all of her favourite items are from the pierce itself... Is this the same for all pierce characters or just those on Miracrise?

So far I've found she likes the Fashion Designer and the Handbag. I didn't realise that latter was a handbag at first, as it's sort of shaped like a tiny crown. It's super cute though! Miraitchi takes off her rose hairpierce to carry the Handbag. She's also wearing the Purple/Black Dress, but that's not her favourite item (nor is the Miracrise Board), so I'm assuming it's the Pink Dress.

When she gets excited her ponyail forms a little heart, too!

Ahh! Love this pierce! <3

My Anniversary Change! pierce arrived when I was on holiday! Yay! But the batteries are dead in my P and I don't think you can link another Pierce when you have a Pierce Tamagotchi? Eh, I might put some new batteries in later and see, but I'm also now running my new 4U+ and I may start up my (**gasp**) iD L 15th Anni., both of which also arrived when I was away (it was a good haul to come home to!)

The Pierce does look fun, but the physical pierce itself is far from my favourite. I feel the design is a bit meh, even though it's the same mold as the other Change pierces I own... I guess the colour scheme just isn't as nice (Fairy Change! and Royal Change! both look quite classy, whereas Anniversary Change! looks a bit more childlike).

My Dream to Change! pierce finally arrived! I also bought a third P's, which I'm now awaiting in the post so I can unlock all the characters.

I married Miraitchi off to Knightchi; I was going to marry her off to my iD L E Hirotchi but he ran away. ='( So now I've got a Pinkubotchi again; I wanted to start afresh with a new Tama so I can use either my Anniversary Change! or Dream to Change pierces. I looked it up yesterday and, between all four of my change pierces, only four of the inbuilt Tamas don't have change of some description (and only one of them is female), so even if I don't pay much attention to who I get, it's highly likely they'll be able to change. That said, I think I'm going to aim for a Yumemitchi as she can change with every pierce, or maybe a Kiraitchi as I love her Dream to Change! design.

I think what I'll do is try and get a teen at random, which will decide the adult. Yeah, plans!

I've plugged in the Dream to Change! pierce for now, as I wanted a change from having had Miracrise in for so long and didn't want to accidentially get a pierce character. The banner is pretty and I like the colours, although really doesn't go with the Miracrise wallpaper. I actually don't mind the design of the pierce itself too much, I think it's kind of cute and makes a change from the others, but it is huge. The ribbon does cover the top too corners a little, too, which is a bit distracting. Ah well, I'll probably download the patch that stops pierces from unlinking if you remove them and put a different pierce in (or maybe buy a decorative one?). I've also attached the lanyard; not sure how long I'll keep it on there though. It's nice enough, but I find lanyards sort of get in the way.

Now I just need to find a new wallpaper...

As always, plans fail and I ended up with Memetchi. Not that that's a bad thing; I've not had her on any of my Tamas yet!

She's kinda cute in a retro, stick person-y way, hah. Even though her design is so much more baic than a lot of the newer Tamagotchis, I actually like the simplicity of her design and the fact she's not super 'kawaii' like so many of the others.

Anyway, I've plugged Anniversary Change! back in as Memetchi cannot change with Dream to Change!; just as I was starting to get used to that ridiculous bow! (Still not downloaded the patch that keeps the pierces from unlinking.) So now I have the Anniversary banner with the Dream wallpaper and it's all mismatched and kind of gaudy! I really like the Dream wallpaper though just... Not with this banner (maybe I'll change her with the Royal Change! and use that wallpaper as it's still one of my favourites).

She evolved from Nokobotchi this morning over a fried breakfast. She was super hungry so I fed her a few things and found out that Spaghetti is a favourite of hers. Later, after putting in the new pierce, I found out that another of her favourite items is the Anniversary Book. Ah, the animation is so cute! Old school black and white Memetchi, Mametchi and Kuchipatchi, followed by their colour selves and some Tamagotchi units appearing in the background.

Memetchi also seems to be super easy to care for. I was out all day at an event nearby and she didn't call for food or play once; she waited until I was having my dinner, so we're talking probably near enough eight hours or so that she didn't need anything. Cool!

Also, her bouquet/anniversary version is ridiculous but so cute.

I've noticed that I tend to change the wallpaper to match the Tama more often on my P's than my iD Ls. I think it's perhaps because I generally change the banner to whatever pierce I have in, whereas I tend to keep the Fruits banner on my iD L E. I currently have the Anniversary Change! banner and the built in Rainbow wallpaper for Memetchi.

I have also found out three more items that she loves; Makeup(toy), Pink Dress (Miracrise Pierce) and Handbag (Miracrise Pierce). So now I'm just waiting for her to hit 48 hours old for the last Puzzle Piece!

I also had a quick look-see at Memetchi's Royal Change!. It's pretty! I only kept her changed for about ten minutes, before changing her back into what I want her to wear in the Notebook.

Been a while! I've been focusing on my many other Tamas. (actually, I've mostly been focusing on my 'knock off', the Tamagezi.) However, with Halloween approaching, I thought I'd bring the P's back into action as I know it has some delightfully spooky themed downloads (not to mention the Kabodeviltchi VDP).

As I had all four Puzzle Pieces, I decided to marry Memetchi off to Monakatchi. I wanted to marry her off soonish so that I could have an adult male before Halloween and I knew I ran the risk of getting females. Fortunately, however, the very next generation was a baby Aokumotchi! Huzzah! He then evolved into a Turtletchi and then into a Maimaitchi. By this point I had installed the Kabodeviltchi VDP; I had also downloaded the VDP Patch, but when I went to install it, it warned me that it could not be undone (and there was no reverse patch), so I pressed 'C' to 'abort' (as the patch itself instructed).

It still installed anyway. Bleh. Not what I wanted, as I quite like having a 'nakie' P's sometimes. Oh well, what's done is done. Maybe some day they'll release a reverse patch of a 'blank' VDP that returns the P's to a 'vanilla' unit.

Anyway, I fed Maimaitchi the Kabo★Pie, which comes witth the VDP, three times to make him grow up into Kabodeviltchi! He's super cute! I've now got the border and the background, and I'm really enjoying the mini-game (Tamaween; the name had my friend giggling for ages). My P's is now all set for a spooky Tamatober! Hooray!

(I say that, I may actually see if there is anything else to download that is suitable spooky.)

I dressed Kabodeviltchi up in Wizards Robe that I still had downloaded from last time I has Star★Circus connected. I did meant to take it off of him before he got his last puzzle piece so that he'd be his 'normal' self in the notebook but... I forgot. Oops!

So I wanted to see if I could find things that Kabodeviltchi loved that weren't on the VDP. I got the first puzzle piece from Kabo★Pie, so that didn't work, but the second one was the Cheese Fondue download. I forget what the third one was; might have been the Cat Hat? I'll check when he gets home from work. He's currently earning his way a the Music Cafe, hooray!

I also need to think about which TamaPet I'll get for him; and who I'm going to try and raise next. Think I might go for an in built character, so that I can unlock more of the rocket/places to go.
