My Santa is currently looking very scholarly. Other than that, though, he's been making a lot of duplicate outfits for some reason...

Looking very smart. ;)

Meanwhile, one child dutifully waters his Christmas tree...

Hey guys, the hatch looks great! Sorry for my lack of participation, I had a family emergency when I came back from vacation and have been unable to run any tamas at all :(

I'll be following along though, I love all the photos of the Santas in their different costumes!

Evie, I love that Scholarly Santa outfit!

Green_Papaya, don't worry about it! Perhaps next time. :)

Sorry that I haven't made an update on my Santa's progress for the past couple of days, but with the Holidays and all, things were hectic. On the night of the 24th, despite not having found the egg to hatch a reindeer of any sort, my Santa took off to deliver his gifts to all the waiting little gotchis anyway (where on earth did he find the reindeer?).

Well, as we started this hatch rather close to Christmas Eve, we knew we wouldn't have the necessary time to get everything on time. So after this point, as it's past Christmas, it'll be simply for fun. I'm still determined to find that darned egg!

The next morning, I woke to find a happy and expectant Mimitchi, admiring his fully grown Christmas tree.

The days following weren't so fruitful. First Devilgotchi knocked the tree down...

Then Ojitchi began crying over it the day after that...

And today a little Angelgotch (Kuriten) is waving his wand, trying to revive it...

We'll see if the tree will be back up tomorrow. As for the status of the elusive egg, there's still no sign of it. I've been playing the game regularly and checking the window for the daily gift as well, but nothing.

On a parting note, my Santa was 106 yrs old today, and his Distance meter is filled half-way.

How's everyone else's Santas doing?

When Santa woke today, it was to find that the Angelgotch had been successful, and the tree standing upright and fully revived once more. A Ginjirotchi was admiring the fully developed tree with the joy of the Holiday Season on his face.

One good news deserves another, and in that spirit when I checked the calendar today, I was finally gifted the elusive egg!

Santa immediately got to hatching the antlered egg in the hopes of an Akahanatchi!

With a one, and a two, and a three...

Akahanatchi! Success at last! Now Santa is complete with his red nosed reindeer, and that concludes my participation in this hatch! It's been enormous fun! I'm glad to have finally had the chance to run my Santaclautchi. Until next year!

We visited the advent calendar today and we were gifted the egg!

Then we immediately went to hatch it.

It hatched into Akahanatchi!!

So now my Santa has a full santa rashi sa meter :santa:

I'm going to keep playing to try and get the secret items as well :tree:

Mine's run pretty much the same course as everyone else's over the past few days. Had a Deviltchi knock the tree down, a tearful gotchi the next day, then Kuriten working its magic, then Ginjirotchi enjoying a full Christmas tree.

I finally got mine to make all three of the regular Santa items at the same time. I found the egg item in the chimney on Saturday, and he made Akahanatchi in one try. It filled his Santa-ness up all the way.

I wound up having to pause him Sunday afternoon-Monday afternoon due to work, so my little guy's a day off now. But when I played the chimney game this evening, I got the two secret items.

I'm a bit afraid to use them. I'm going to keep playing to fill his distance meter (which is a little over half right now), and I've heard the game ends after two weeks, so I want to see what happens.

Bah, my images still aren't great, and I apologize for that. I still don't have enough time to edit them well. ;_;

My Santa has been working hard!

He's a fully-fledged Santa now! He's got himself a sleigh and a reindeer, and he's ready to go!

This is the first time I've gotten to this point with my Santa, and I must say, it's been fun. It's been great hatching with you all, and I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

A belated Merry Christmas from my decked-out Santa and I,
:tree: Evie :santa:

The elf girl's name is Santa-ko chan (サンタ子ちゃん). Ko standing for a young woman. The evil santa is Mischief Santakurotchi (いたずらサンタクロっち). In my book he has the longest Tamagotchi name in both Japanese and English I have ever seen!
