I am new here, and I created an account here solely for the purpose of posting to this very thread. I know it is considered bumping, which is against the rules, but I feel as if what I have to say is important enough to possibly warrent an exception?
I have been coming here and carefuly studying the points required to obtain Ura Togetchi and Ura Yattatchi, two of my favorite characters. I have emulated all of the results posted here, with Daiyatchi and Kujakuchi, and have received a Ura Kuchipatchi every time. I have also failed to ever receive a Kuchi family female.
While attempting to get a Ura Togetchi around my 11th generation, I decided to reset my Tamagotchi during its evolution if I saw I was going to get a child/teen with unfavorable odds of becoming a Ura Togetchi. I managed to get a Diayatchi. Upon his evolution, he became a Kuchipatchi, and I reset. Long story short, twenty resets later I still kept getting Ura Kuchipatchis.
So I decided to try something else. I quickly played enough games to raise Funny to the highest stat. He evolved, and I got Tenpatchi, and subsequently reset. I then raised beauty, and noticed something odd as I ended up with Samuraitchi.
I then decided to try the other stats. Ura Mametchi appeared for funny, and Matsuritchi, and unrecorded growth for Daiyatchi, appeared for Passion. Oddly enough, I witnessed an entire switch of family growths, from Kuchi to Mame. I decided to stick with Matsuritchi, as I grew tired of resetting and playing games for hours on end to get a Meme character.
During that time, I took notes of all sorts of things. Items last used, food last fed, number of times he attended school before evolving that day, which stat was the second highest and least, what the fortunes were, and even the weight. Training seemed irrelevant, as it was maxed out before and after switching groups. Skipping generations and parents were also debunked, as Matsuritchi's parents were Ura Memetchi and a Ura Togetchi. The grandparents? Ura Kuchipatchi and Ura Debatchi. The only theory that makes sense is that each Tamagotchi system has its own threshold feature that changes families between certain skill intervals. But I have no clue what that may be for mine, or if it is real.
As I finish typing this, I am working with my Ura Crackertchi in attempt to break free from this male Kuchi family rut. If this project is dead, I hope this serves as help to someone else who stumbles upon this thread trying to figure this crazy growth system out, and maybe even succeed?
